Integrating the Past to Create a New Future

In January, I introduced a new topic for Inner Integration called Existential Crisis & Regeneration.

Then I took time off from Substack and interviews to move and regenerate my business, coaching programs and offers. It’s been a lot of work but passionately driven by intuition, my new environment and a strong sense of Divine purpose. It’s all officially launched now. I’ve never felt more alive, engaged, excited about life and the work I’m doing on Planet Earth.

I realize things appear darker than ever in the headlines, and watching how many people are falling to the dark forces in their personal lives (especially after the April 8th eclipse) is shocking. However, I truly believe that there is a Divine purpose behind it all.

There is learning to be integrated and this is the evolutionary calling to humanity.

The evolutionary pressure is causing increasing existential crises on individual and collective levels. Maybe you can also feel the tendency to want to resist what's happening because it's uncomfortable. This is why people are turning more and more to escapism behaviors like avoidance, bypassing and numbing it.

Alas, the only way out is through.

We are going to have to face it, feel it, digest it and integrate it in order to evolve, survive and thrive in this decade.

Ignoring it, wishing it will all just go back to normal or somehow magically transform into utopia is a form of absencing.

This blocks the self-healing mechanism in individuals and society. Of course we don't want to feel and face the tough moments and reality, but this is how we grow and mature as humans.

It's our choice what we do in this story of humanity that is unraveling and compressing more every day that passes.

We don't need to wait for everyone to wake up and take action. We can light the way forward as the innovators and early adopters. Eventually, others will catch the wave when they're ready. Of course there will be some whose souls will choose to tap out by way of apathy or exit.

It's always a choice.

Right now the most pivotal choice facing individuals and humanity is to either continue trying to make the old ways work and resist the calling, or to boldly and bravely face reality, accepting that the old ways just ain't working any more, so we need to get creative and go BIG with our new solutions.

We can choose to redeem ourselves, letting go of the past self and leaning into the future self that already knows what to do.

While so much is uncertain and unknown, one thing that each of us can do is to work on integrating the past so we can create a new future. As we do this at the individual level, we are healing ourselves AND contributing to the self-healing mechanism of our human race.

So January was the introduction to these topics. Now I’m taking it a step further.

If the existential crisis is the cosmic invitation to individuals and society, the choice to emerge and evolve from this story is ours.

This opens a path for humanity and future generations. We can repurpose our legacy and pass on the resilience.

This work is for the generational curse breakers, the legacy transformers, the spiritually awakening, truth-seeking, self-healing, purpose-focused humans who are ready to level up in 2024.

It’s not for those who think everything is fine and what’s happening in the world has nothing to do with you, those who are going through life a la ostrich, or those who are waiting for a savior or someone else to figure out what to do about it.

This is for the innovators and early adopters who want to liberate themselves, evolve and make a positive impact on others.
