A Scorched-Earth Path to Smart Cities

Agenda 2030 or bust!

We seem to be witnessing all new levels of unconventional warfare as the philanthropaths ramp up their drive toward Agenda 2030. Of course, we can’t prove that yet, but let’s look at the facts to see where things logically point.

On August 8th, the former capital of the Kingdom of Hawaii, Lahaina (Maui), was destroyed by a very strange, intense fire that left the entire area in ruins. The natives in Lahaina had been pushing back against the elite mainlanders and investment companies, who have been trying to buy up their land, forcing up property values and hoping to entice locals to move out with big money offers. Some things are worth more than money to some people. But when money doesn't move the agenda along, there are other methods.

If not the carrot, then the stick. That was always the colonialist motto.

According to Wiki, scorched earth against non-combatants has been banned under the 1977 Geneva Conventions.^[a]

"It is prohibited to attack, destroy, remove, or render useless objects indispensable to the survival of the civilian population, such as foodstuffs, agricultural areas for the production of foodstuffs, crops, livestock, drinking water installations and supplies, and irrigation works, for the specific purpose of denying them for their sustenance value to the civilian population or to the adverse Party, whatever the motive, whether in order to starve out civilians, to cause them to move away, or for any other motive.^[2]"

Clausewitz wrote in Principles of War:

"In defensive just as in offensive warfare, it is necessary to pursue a great aim: the destruction of the enemy army, either by battle or by rendering its subsistence extremely difficult. Thus we shall disorganize it and force it into a retreat, during which it will necessarily suffer great losses."

“Forced into retreat” and “suffered great losses” is exactly what happened to the locals in Lahaina, Maui. Thousands of people have been displaced. The death toll is rising while many people are still missing.

There are reports from locals saying that they’re unable to receive aid unless they register at a FEMA camp. There are rumors that people must sign away land rights in exchange for government assistance, however it’s unclear what the official terms and conditions are for receiving said aid.

Officials have blocked roads and “locked down” the area, which is eerily characteristic of the New Normal world we are living in since 2020. They weren’t even letting media in. Since supplies and donations are not getting to the locals, some people are getting creative and resourceful, bringing in food, water and other essentials by boat. Circumvention is the best way around a double bind.

When dealing with covert psychopaths, a direct confrontation never works. You rarely get immediate access to the proof showing what they’re doing is evil. They’re very good at covering their tracks and standing upon plausible deniability. What you do get initially is the “ick factor.” Something feels strange and gross about everything they do, even when they’re seemingly helping or concerned.

Coincidentally, Hawaii Governor Dr. Josh Green, a loyal disciple of the WEF, had been talking about building Smart Cities run by AI there.

Notice the local’s tattoos: “Lahaina Crown,” since it used to be the capital of the Kingdom of Hawaii. Crown also means corona and it sure is weird how that word keeps leaving its fingerprint on the path to Agenda 2030.

Maui Wildfires and the Theft of Sacred Hawaiian Land

While raging fires that melt metal aren't subtle by any means, the way in which they started is the covert part. Critical-thinking minds can tell this isn't nature's work, but to prove who done it, well, that's the hard part—even though all the strange happenings sure do add up. Somethin’ ain’t right.

ReallyGraceful did a great job with her two-part video series on many of the interesting coincidences surrounding the recent events in Maui. She asks an important question, “Who was told to evacuate before the traffic issues and fire?”

But wait, there’s more. When President Biden is asked to comment on the fires in Maui, his response is a smirk and “No. No comment.”

Several fires ignited around the island of Maui at the same time, on August 4th.

Unexplainably, on the afternoon of the 8th, the 80 warning sirens in Lahaina were silent as the fires approached and people burned to death.

That reminds me of the Mexico earthquake on September 19, 2017. We had an earthquake siren and drill that morning to commemorate the 1985 earthquake on that same day. Then 2+ hours later, a massive earthquake suddenly hit the city and there was no warning. Perhaps that was because the epicenter in Puebla was too close to warn us. Or maybe the emergency system was turned off. It was bizarre that the two biggest earthquakes ever to hit Mexico City happened on the same day—September 19. Then, on September 19, 2022, Mexico City had another earthquake. Those are astronomical odds.

In addition to the lack of sirens, people in Lahaina didn't receive emergency alerts on their phones, TV or radio… allegedly due to downed power lines. Yet Hawaii boasts one of the most sophisticated warning systems of the world.

Cellphone service wasn’t working in that area before the fires.

Some official needs to explain why the water was shut off to the Lahaina area before the fires started. First responders found the hydrants were empty.

School was cancelled that day and some kids were home alone while parents worked.

Almost all the exits out of Lahaina were blocked that day, before the fires started. First responders were directing traffic in circles.

Shelby Thompson’s mother was there, trying to get out. She tried asking police for help and described looking at his face, which appeared to be in “an almost hypnotic state.” He didn’t make eye contact or notice anything going on around him.

Why was there a perfect circle of fire around Lahaina?

Thompson also describes how odd it is that Oahu is so close by, but military rescue boats were not sent to help the people who were taking refuge in the ocean for several hours.

And why is the media not allowed to enter?

There’s an Air Force Directed Energy research facility (AFRL) on Maui. There’s also a DoD supercomputing facility on the island.

Dr. Kelly Hammett, the Directed Energy Leader at the AFRL said these were his top accomplishments over the last six years:

“We delivered the USAF’s first-ever operational directed energy weapons,” he said. “As part of the Air Force Directed Energy Experimentation campaign, AFRL characterized  and deployed four directed energy counter unmanned aerial systems to overseas locations – three Raytheon High Energy Laser Weapon Systems and the AFRL Tactical  High Power Operational Responder (THOR) system – we built THOR in-house in 18- months, a record breaking time. As part of these efforts, AFRL secured the Secretary of  Defense approval for operational use of all systems.”  

“…Operational use of all systems.” That facility also has a telescope. In her interview above, Thompson reports that earlier this year, experts from all over the world were flown in to replace the telescope lens, or at least that’s what they said. They’ve had high government officials there recently.

Maui's police chief at the time of the fires was the Las Vegas Incident Commander during the 2017 country music mass shooting.

Big agencies are coming in, getting more serious about locking down more of the area, including the highway, in the aftermath. People must request a permission slip to move around the area. Those placards are good for 72 hours. They’re only allowing certain people in and out of Lahaina.

Hawaii’s governor, Dr. Josh Green (another outsider and Pittsburgh, PA native) immediately blamed the fires on climate change, with no scientific evidence or investigation. Dr. Green was awarded the Physician of the Year by the Hawaii Medical Association twice, including during the COVID pandemic. His state had a vax pass required for travel to the islands. Here he is interviewed in his doctor scrubs this week, a COVID era expertology throwback, talking about the destruction in Lahaina.

The governor originally said it looked “like a bomb went off.” In interesting timing, he passed an emergency order just one month ago to accelerate multifamily housing developments in the state, waiving some regulatory procedures.

The mainstream media is pushing human-driven climate panic, blaming the dirty, carbon-based life form people for the fires and weather.

Psychopaths, narcissists and other abusers always blame-shift to the target.

Meanwhile the philanthropaths continue to spray and radiate our skies with geoengineering that feeds fires, as is shown in this video. It’s interesting that the satellite video is missing the key hours of footage from the Maui fires, which is oddly reminiscent of the missing minutes from the CCTV cameras when Princess Diana was killed.

All of the above is pretty strange, however the biggest ick factor here is that Hawaii has had plans to run on "clean" energy for years, which is one of the tenets of Agenda 2030.

JUMPSmartMaui a “social innovation” project in conjunction with Japan, a government-corporate alliance was already formed eight years ago to build a new smart grid on the island.

In other impeccable timing, Hawaii’s Digital Government Summit is coming up next month and the keynote speaker will be talking about adopting a “new normal mindset” in his speech Transform Adversity Into Advantage.

A climate-panic book about the Maui Fire and Fury, was released on Amazon on August 10, 2023, just two days after the event in Lahaina. It's a already #1 Best Seller in three categories: Weather, Natural Disasters and Environmental Ecology. This Best Seller has only 22 ratings as of right now—all 1-star.

But new books take up to 72 hours to be available in the online Kindle store.

From the book description: "Fire and Fury: The Story of the Maui Fire and its Implications for Climate Change is a must-read for anyone who cares about the environment, the future of humanity, and the fate of our beautiful planet."

The book asserts that the event in Maui, "reveals the urgent need to address the global climate crisis.” If you’re going to pick a pen name to position yourself as an expert on climate change, why not start with “Dr!” This is the author's bio on Amazon.

Even though his books aren’t linked in a back catalog on his author page, Dr. Miles Stones has been a prolific publisher in the last few months, according to an Amazon name search. But only one of his 16 books is a Best Seller.

As far as I can tell, this book on Maui wasn’t written by a human. The writing is strange and even Snopes admits it's possible it was AI-generated content.

Luckily the philanthropaths are happy to come into Lahaina with the rescue plan and billions of dollars to rebuild a Smart City grid, AKA an equitable and sustainable digital prison.

Incidentally, there’s currently a raging forest fire on Tenerife, Canary Islands (Spain). I doubt the philanthropaths could be so daft as to copy/paste the same tactic less than two weeks later. But at this point in the game, anything is possible so it’s better to call it out and bring awareness.

Turns out Tenerife is also ear-marked as a "Smart Island". They aim to use technology as a means of transforming the island and making improvements.

It ensures "sustainable development," the #1 keyword of the WEF Agenda 2030.

A trade fair in 2019 focused on the same agenda. This is an image from the 3rd edition. The first edition of Tenerife Smart Island focused on smart cities and islands, the second one was about smart mobility in an island-city and the third focused on smart buildings.

The national park where the fire started on Tenerife is called Corona Forestal. You can't make this shit up.

The neighbor in a nearby village said it started with a "bonfire" but this sounds suspicious. How would he know that for sure?

Hearing about all the billions of dollars that government and private interests are pledging toward Maui looks very similar to the plans already in the works for Tenerife. They refer to it as la compra pública de innovación (the public procurement for innovation).

“The public procurement for innovation (PPI) is a public policy tool that uses the power of the State to stimulate businesses to innovate, responding to the challenge of offering better services to citizens, supporting the technological development and strengthening innovation ecosystems.”

"La compra pública de innovación (CPI) es una herramienta de política pública que utiliza el poder de compra del Estado para estimular a las empresas a innovar, dando respuestas al desafío de ofrecer mejores servicios a los ciudadanos, fomentando el desarrollo tecnológico y fortaleciendo los ecosistemas de innovación."

On this Spanish cite, there’s another explanation of how public money is being channeled into private businesses to come up with the technology for this Smart City grid.

The public procurement of innovative technology, which is included in the modality of commercial purchases, consists in the public purchase of a good or service that doesn’t exist in the moment of the purchase but can be developed in a reasonable timeframe. Said purchase requires the development of new or better technology in order to comply with the requirements demanded by the buyer.

Agenda 2030 and the Smart City plan is spreading quickly now.

Despite so many expats fleeing to Mexico in the recent years, thinking that the globalists haven’t got their claws dug in there, Mexico's government is now openly embracing Agenda 2030 on their official website.

That’s not a surprise to anyone living there with their eyes open in March 2020, when the government sent 150,000 agents door-to-door for the census while the rest of the world was locking down. The agents were aggressive, stalking residents several times per day, every day, until they complied with the mandated census. A few days after asking a LOT of personal questions—including bizarre questions such as, what kinds of media you listen/read/watch—the census agents returned to put a sticker with a QR code on every door in the republic. The motto of the 2020 census was, “knowing the DNA of Mexico.” In over three years living there, I’d never seen anything so well-organized, functional and highly technological as that census.

15-Minute Smart cities are coming to Dallas already. They’re enticing the rich to adopt Agenda 2030 with fixtures and amenities (a $10B development). This YouTuber realtor seems to mean well but he hasn't a clue what's going on there. He described Fields of Frisco as "the epitome of luxurious living in this vibrant city!"

And look, you can have your very own 5G microwave radiation surveillance post right in your backyard!

They always warn us though.

One way or another, Agenda 2030 is coming soon to a theater near you. If you see something, say something. Perhaps if enough people make enough loud noise, the charging dogs will back off with their tails tucked between their legs.
