A hallmark of abuse is the control of information. However, in its more sophisticated form, it doesn’t appear to be abuse. It’s usually disguised as something for your best interest. The assault on communications, and therefore the information that is shared between people, happens in interpersonal relationships, families and other social groups as well as in society at large.
In a relationship, an abuser will isolate the target from their support system and outside perspectives. They must do this in order for the abuse to work. That’s why isolation is the first parameter of the Stockholm Syndrome. It’s important to understand that the isolation can be physical, but most importantly there must be isolation from outside perspectives, which is psychological isolation.
The information control through censorship, silencing, smearing and “fact-checking” is the biggest red flag of the abuse taking place in the post-2020 world.
The abuser will often plant seeds of doubt about other people in the target’s life in order to get the target to willingly isolate themselves out of fear and mistrust. They try to convince the target not to trust what others are saying about what’s real and true. This is to prevent the target from talking about what’s happening or getting feedback from outside perspectives who might identify it as abuse, pointing out evidence that the abuser would rather erase.
Sometimes the abuser (or their enablers) will go behind the target’s back and share false information with the target’s friends, family or colleagues so others begin to think something is wrong with the target and the abuser is lovingly concerned, only wanting to help and protect.
The abuser will often tell the target that so-and-so said, or did, something, which may or may not have happened. They’ll often say directly (or indirectly imply) something like, no one cares about you like I do. The target, filled with doubts, fear, shame and confusion, will often stop sharing things with their support network of friends and family. This is how the communication breaks down and the abuse is kept secret, unspoken.
The target is conditioned to only trust the abuser and the abuser’s approved sources.
In some cases, the abuser will recruit enablers from their own social circle or that of the target, who will validate and enforce the abuser’s distorted perception of reality. Sometimes these people don’t even realize they’re being used for this purpose. This causes the target to doubt their own perception of what’s real and true.
Disinformation is one of the deceptive tactics of war. One of the offensive tactics is disruption of communication. These go hand in hand in interpersonal relationships and in society.
Regarding spiritual warfare, John Eldredge wrote in Wild At Heart,
Before an effective military strike can be made, you must take out the opposing army’s line of communication. The Evil One does this all the time, even between couples. Like in the Garden of Eden, Satan comes in to divide and conquer. The enemy will try to jam communications with headquarters.
Eldredge said this attack on comms comes in several steps. First, a cloak of confusion is created. Next comes propaganda. This is where the adversary broadcasts messages to demoralize people, putting his spin on things. He said it comes on very subtly and seems true at the same time. The attack on communications, whether human or spiritual (or both), is meant to disconnect people from God and to destroy our sense of self so that we may become more easily controlled.
The intentional isolation of the target positions the abuser as the authority over information and reality.
The abuser must isolate the target from outside perspectives in order to control the target’s perception of reality. The target is conditioned to only receive or trust information from the abuser or the abuser’s verified sources.
In conversation, the abuser will omit important information about things that happened or need to happen, creating confusion, chaos and crisis. They also plant false information laced with fear, in order to create a distorted perception of reality for the target and provoke a neurological stress response. This keeps triggering the target into states of fight, flight or freeze so they become increasingly dysfunctional.
The abuser is quick to shut down unwanted topics and conversations by stonewalling, using rage intimidation and other forms of physical, verbal or emotional aggression, pity ploys, leaving the target on read or otherwise ignoring the target by giving the silent treatment.
These behaviors condition the target over time to walk on eggshells and carefully self-censor in order to avoid bringing up topics or perspectives that will likely lead to punishment, fights, sabotage, smear campaigns and other unpleasant experiences. The more a target tries to address an important topic, the worse the punishment gets.
Eventually, the target can become so conditioned in their personal Skinner box, that they shut down and stop seeking truth. The target learns there’s less pain in the moment if they just comply. The target usually doesn’t realize that compliance with the abuse only defers the pain to the long-term, where it becomes bigger, deeper and more complex to heal.
The result of the abuser’s information control tactics is that the target will feel alone in their perception of reality and perhaps even doubt their memory or sanity.
When the information dam breaks and the truth starts coming out, abusers don’t admit it. They only double down on the lies and false reality construct. They might lay low for a moment while they regroup, and then reappear like nothing happened. They usually up the ante with more threats and bigger, more absurd demands. If those tactics don’t work, then they resort to pity ploys and playing victim until the target submits and agrees to remain subscribed to the abuser’s narrative.
The goal of information control is ultimately reality control.
The same is true in society. There has always been information control but during the recent years, the censorship and propaganda are at all new levels, curating and controlling the public perception of reality.
There are certain people and organizations being positioned as arbitrators of the truth to spread the Official Narrative. We are told to only trust these “authoritative” or “trusted” sources. Influencers were selected (and some even paid!) to push covid measures and vaccines. There are bots and other paid assets of disinformation who troll social media platforms, spinning reality and stoking reactions.
I named information control as the biggest red flag of the global abuse in this clip from my interview with Elze van Hamelen from De Andere Krant in the Netherlands. Or you can see the full English interview below on their YouTube channel. If you speak Dutch, you can read the interview article here.
Despite the ongoing, emerging information about millions of official vax injuries and tens of thousands of official vax deaths around the world, as well as the failure in efficacy of the shots, the known harm revealed in the Pfizer documents and many other nuggets of disruptive truth… the war on mis- and disinformation continues to erase these disturbing facts from reality, while acting like nothing is happening.
Many of us hoped that since the truth is coming out, the game would finally be over.
But that’s not how abusers work. They never admit it. Their enablers also turn away from the evidence, seeking comfort in their willful ignorance and dismissing the ugly truth as unwanted negativity, because otherwise it would shatter their reality and then they would be left, naked and vulnerable, to pick up all the pieces. The abusers make the enablers feel comfortably numb by not talking about the elephant in the room and just going along as if it never happened.
In the Netflix series Bridgerton, in order to cover a scandal, one of the characters says that pretending nothing happened is the best way to lure the ignorant into submission.
Surely you can think of a time this happened in a relationship in your life, whether personal or professional.
I dated a guy, who, one night, lowered my thermostat to make it 5 degrees cooler. Changing the thermostat isn’t a big deal. If he had asked me to change it or even if he had told me that he was turning it down himself, that would’ve been fine with me.
I told him I noticed he turned the thermostat down. He reacted emphatically and incredulously in a way that sounded more like a question than an answer, “Huh?! Nooo??” I laughed thinking he was joking. But he didn’t budge and he was silent. So I gave him a humorous response, giving him an out before I would be left with the understanding that he was gaslighting me. He insisted he didn’t touch the thermostat. I was in shock. For a few months, he seemed so respectful.
That night I learned his tell, what he sounds like when he lies. I should’ve ended it right there, not giving another chance to a guy who was willing to gaslight me, wanting me to doubt my memory or sanity. Instead of admitting the truth, he acted like nothing happened in order to lure me into submission. I minimized the severity of the transgression by thinking, it’s just the thermostat, it’s not a big deal.
A few months later, I sensed he was seeing someone else. When he showed up after being “busy” for a month, I didn’t react and instead observed him carefully. He didn’t say anything about it, again acting like everything was fine, in order to try to lure me into submission. After a few hours of conversation about anything but what really happened that month, I had lost all trust in him. I gathered the courage to specifically ask him if he was sleeping with someone else. He reacted in the same emphatic and incredulous way that sounds more like a question than an answer, “Nooo?” I only wish I had ended it at the thermostat.
Don’t let people get away with these gaslighting tactics of pretending everything is fine in order to lure you into submission.
We ought to maintain the same resolve when it comes to the abusive authoritarians in society. We gave them an out. Actually, they had plenty of opportunities to come clean, admit they were wrong and repent for wrongdoings. We might have forgiven them as ignorant instead of malicious. Yet the abusers and their enablers continue to discard the plentiful evidence of harm and the utter failure of their public health policies, acting like nothing happened.
This means they’re going to do it again.
The mask mandate was the thermostat. It’s just a mask, it’s not a big deal, people rationalized, even when we knew the mask made as much scientific impact on a virus that a chain-linked fence does for catching mosquitos. Many of us minimized the gaslighting and didn’t see this was only a preliminary control tactic used to condition us to doubt our sanity so we would accept further absurdities, lies, manipulation and betrayal.
Now that the experimental drug technology has proven to be neither safe nor effective, they are continuing to gaslight the public. Petty tyrants like Trudeau are covertly threatening their citizens to take more poisonous and ineffective injections every 6 months or lose their human rights again. These new shots aren’t even being tested on humans. What will they threaten next time… your ability to buy food, fuel and energy? Or access to your bank account with a new digital currency?
If we keep letting the petty tyrants lure us into submission by pretending everything is fine with their narrative, they are going to copy/paste these same tactics onto every additional crisis they fabricate or take advantage of.
Once they think they got away with it, they will keep doing it, and the betrayal will be much worse every time.
The narrative is already ramping up on energy rationing. You might also notice the subtle segue in the narrative from the war with Russia to blaming the climate, much like how some vax injuries are also the climate’s fault nowadays.
Some credit cards are already starting to measure the carbon footprint of patrons. If we let this go on endlessly, there will eventually be a day when they want to ration the amount of CO2 that we exhale. As some have been saying for a while, we are carbon-based life forms so a war on carbon emissions and their “net zero” agenda is really a war on humans.
If this sounds ludicrous to you, by all means go ahead and keep listening to the gas-guzzling, jet-setting, corporate-level contaminating, wasteful multi-million-dollar-mcmansion-owning elite who fly around the world to lecture you about climate sCiEnCe, your carbon footprint and how you’re killing the planet.
Speaking of the elite and their passion projects, the Rockefeller Foundation-sponsored Mercury Project (not to be confused with Project Mercury, NASA’s first human spaceflight program) recently announced their aggressive endeavors to control the information around the world.
“Building Covid-19 vaccination demand” is a euphemism for compliance. Compliance is a topic that sCiEnCe is now receiving a lot of resources to study. This is your friendly reminder that the Nazis also used science to justify their crimes against humanity. The field of science is compromised by big money.
To “advance the scientific frontier of building Covid-19 vaccination demand” is about behavior modification, a branch of science that uses punishment and reward to shape behavior. Remember the 2020 Yale study that was done with the objective of determining the most effective ways of emotionally manipulating people to take the vaccine, to get others to take the vaccine, to be afraid of those who didn’t take it and to socially reject those who didn’t take it.
It’s disguised as “a healthier information environment”. The Rockefeller Foundation is also behind the American Medical Association. When we look at the horrible advice given by most medical doctors and public health officials for covid, it’s clear that their definition of healthy is a different reality. Perhaps their definition of mis- or disinformation is also a very different reality.
I’m old enough to remember what the internet was like when you could type anything into the search engine and get dozens of pages of information to sift through. It required a bit of moral strength, determination and curiosity to keep reading through the results to discover more information and various perspectives. Nowadays you can barely find information or old news articles through search engines. Most of the searches I’ve done recently ended at two pages. They simply didn’t provide any more information, AKA perspectives of reality.
They’re erasing the internet because information control is reality control.
Several years ago, the one-shot answer oracles emerged. Siri and Alexa revolutionized information-seeking, and not in a good way. Truthstream Media did a great video on this topic a few years ago. Around 11 minutes into the video, she asks Alexa what is the first amendment. Alexa’s answer might shock you.
In the Mercury Project, they openly announce that they’re preparing for “the next pandemic”, which is what the WEF-sponsored Event 201 in November 2019 said too. You’re probably also hearing other influential people and organizations talking about the next pandemic. Once abusers find a fuel source, they keep returning until they extract every drop of supply or the target sets boundaries and escapes the abuse cycle without returning.
The language here is interesting. They’re working with “social and behavioral scientists and public health experts” to advance “the behavioral science of infodemic response”. These are a bunch of pretty words that actually sound quite nefarious if we look closer. Behavior science is the Skinner box conditioning. The infodemic response is about controlling information online when the truth spreads virally. In other words, they are studying how to use punishment and reward in order to control the information we have access to and share with others as well as how we perceive reality.
The WHO said “we’re not just fighting an epidemic, we are fighting an infodemic.” Information can, indeed, travel faster than a virus.
UNICEF also referred to the infodemic.
In November 2019, a few months before covid started, Event 201, a dress rehearsal for a new coronavirus pandemic, took place in New York, gathering an international panel of private sector and government representatives to practice their roles.
During the segment on communications, Stephen Redd, physician and admiral with the U.S. Public Health service, representing the CDC, said:
With the social media platforms, there’s an opportunity to understand who it is that is susceptible, and in what form, to misinformation. So I think there’s an opportunity to collect data from that communication mechanism.
The second thing is with that ability, we can identify false information more quickly. We are receiving reports about people trying treatments that are purported to be effective but are actually harmful. The quicker that’s recognized and can be countered, the fewer people will fall susceptible to those things.
He mentions using data collected from social media platforms to identify and profile people who share information that goes against the Official Narrative’s “trusted sources”. What do you think they’ve been doing since 2020?
Of course some of these participants may not have realized what was happening at the time of the rehearsal, and of course in theory it’s a good idea to be sure people know when a substance is harmful. Yet that’s also fantastic plausible deniability.
If we look back at the last 2.5 years, we can see their receipts. Did they try to silence or smear doctors who were finding effective and safe treatments such as ivermectin, vitamins C and D, Quercetin, zinc and NAC? Did they recant their statements once those early treatments were proven safe and effective after many lives were saved and hospital visits were avoided? Did they advocate for measures to incentivize or threaten people into taking an experimental drug technology? Did they give informed consent to the public or violate the Nuremberg Code? Did they rescind their support for the shots when they found out people are being injured or dying? Do you think the answers to such questions reveal the trustworthiness factor of those who want to define and control mis-and disinformation?
There is a repetition of the word susceptible in his speech… he named people who are susceptible to misinformation and people who fall susceptible to alternative treatments.
Since hindsight is 2020, we can now look back to that year and see that since then, people who pointed out truths and evidence that go against the Official Narrative have been “fact-checked”, censored, banned or accused of spreading misinformation. People (and doctors) who used or promoted effective natural or pharmaceutical early treatments were smeared for suggesting such things, but the results spoke for themselves. We have also seen numerous attempts to erase reality, such as when Dr. Drew, a medical doctor, was recently censored for sharing a photo of his own vax injury, a YouTube violation called “medical misinformation”.
It sounds like they had already planned to abuse social media data in order to identify and profile those who question or don’t comply with absurd, harmful policies or abusive measures for behavioral and information control, as well as medical doctors and scientists who dared to go off the reservation. But that’s just my opinion. Would love to hear yours in the comments.
Before 2020, the Powers that Be already had a century or more of behavioral science studies. If you want to invest 3-4 hours, you can learn about some of the nefarious history of this science in the documentary, Minds of Men by Truthstream Media.
Doctors, psychologists, corporations and institutes have studied emotional manipulation and psychological warfare, they just call it prettier words. At the core of these tactics is the Hegelian Dialect: problem > reaction > solution. They manufacture or take advantage of a problem or crisis, then provoke an emotional reaction in the way they present the information (how they spin the perception of reality) and then they simply wait for the predictable behavioral response.
People fall into this trap without realizing they’ve been manipulated. You can test this by opening a news site and reading some articles. The headlines are especially emotionally provocative, and often greatly misleading, because they know the vast majority of people only reads the headlines.
Learning how to respond instead of reacting is one of the most vital skills of the 21st century.
Nowadays they’re using technology to carry out these behavioral control measures, undetected by the human mind.
Yuval Noah Harari, one of the main advisors to Klaus Schwab at the World Economic Forum, said that free will is over because humans are hackable animals with modern technology.
Governments and corporations, for the first time in history, have the power to hack human beings. By this I mean that if you have enough data, and you have enough computing power, you can understand people better than they can understand themselves. Then you can manipulate in ways which were previously impossible.
In such a situation, the old democratic system stops functioning. We need to reinvent democracy for this New Era in which humans are hackable animals. This whole idea that humans have this soul or spirit and they have free will and no one knows what’s happening inside me so whatever I choose, whether in the election or at the supermarket, that’s my free will… That’s over.
It’s mind-boggling how often we are hearing the term democracy thrown around to normalize all kinds of tyranny. At least he admits they are reinventing democracy.
Manipulative humans aren’t the only ones who use gaslighting to distort our perception of reality — we are also being gaslit by AI.
In my podcast episode in early December 2019, I stated that the 2010s were the decade when we found out that narcissistic abuse is a thing that happens in relationships and the family. I predicted that the 2020s will be the decade when people realize it’s also happening on a societal level, by powerful people and artificial intelligence.
The human mind is being hijacked in order to control our perception of reality and also our reaction to events and stimuli. We are being manipulated in ways we don’t even realize.
Gaslighting is the intentional distortion of the perception of reality, in order to make the target doubt their own memory or sanity, then by default, deferring to the reality of the abuser.
“Hacking reality” is a great way to define gaslighting in the Age of Technocracy.
Abusers study their targets during the data-mining phase, in order to learn all about their likes and dislikes, their fears and vulnerabilities, their strengths, hopes and dreams for the future. All of this information is stored for future use against the target.
This is exactly what has happened to all of us in the digital age. Our data is being stolen and/or voluntarily given (you know, all those lengthy Terms & Conditions you clicked but never read because who has time for that) from social media platforms and other apps into the databases of corporations, government agencies and probably also some nefarious underground characters or organizations.
Google (developed by DARPA) claims that their quantum computer, which was announced in October of 2019, can do 10,000 years of calculations of the world’s fastest supercomputer in just 3.3 minutes. They have all our data. Every day, we are providing more and more data without considering where it’s going and what’s being done with it. The more data there is, the more accurate a machine’s predictions are.
It’s interesting that this quantum computer was announced just months before the covid shenanigans began and since then we’ve barely heard anything more about it.
Is your shadow being hacked without your awareness?
The first time I heard this expression was from Millennial Millie’s interview with a former Information Warfare intelligence contractor who spoke about the way she collected information about people and groups online in order to influence their perception and behavior. Tore said, “It would be easier to say someone is hacking your reality, changing the way you see things.”
In the 2020 documentary, Shadow Gate, Millie Weaver says:
The Shadow Government consists of government contractors, defense, intelligence, security and so on. Our government mostly consists of front-facing desk jockeys that are compartmentalized in cubicles. They are to cover up that most of the real work is outsourced to contractors, AKA the Military Industrial Complex. That way what the public sees through FOIA requests, investigations, congressional hearings or otherwise, is as clean as a whistle. All the dirty work is kept private with contractors in clandestine networks. These contractors use their connections, power and influence to create an unprecedented international criminal enterprise where blackmail is traded and people’s personal data is gold.
Millie interviewed two whistleblowers who worked extensively within the Shadow Government as contractors and came forward with mind-blowing information about social media psychological warfare.
One was Patrick Bergy, former Cyber Security, ARMY PSYOP Program Developer, DoD contractor in Information Operations, who worked 8 years for Dynology doing DoD contracts. Bergy stated:
The ShadowNet was the commercial version of an IIA weapon, IIA being Interactive Internet Activities. That’s the military nomenclature for what you’ve basically heard described with all the fake news and the fake news journalists, fake stories and fake dossiers. All of these things are attributes and characteristics of IIA, which is social media psychological warfare.
We began it in 2007 right after the policy guidelines came out… trying to help the psychological operations group understand how to go from dropping fliers from planes to a more micro-targeted, social media-based, psychological warfare application, where you could select an individual target or a group target or a whole country.
If you understand enough about someone, you can hack their shadow. You can use their fears, you can use their anxieties. Sound anything like pandemics that you recognize? So you can use those things to reflexively control or influence a target, an individual, whoever it is, or a group of people or an election or an entire country.
When we were doing this, it was done by analysts. Now this is more being done automated through artificial intelligence. The database component lets you build behavioral profiles on individual targets. Through those behavioral profiles you can implement reflexive control. With enough information on someone, you can predictably determine how they will react.
Tore, the linguist who worked in Electronic and Information Warfare and as a NAVY Intelligence Contractor said:
I was a contractor for various intelligence agencies that were privately created. They were private contracting agencies. Unlike what most people think, our intelligence doesn’t stay within our borders or within federal buildings.
What I did was called localization. Localization strategy is you find a group of people, a whole country, a city, a certain religious group, a 6-block radius like CHAZ, and you try to get into their mind. You have to understand how they eat, how they walk, how they talk, what they like, what pushes their buttons, what drives them nuts, what upsets them, what makes them happy, and then you use that to your advantage to push whatever ideology or product or direction you want them to go… marrying together cultural appropriation, language, nuances of the demographic that you’re targeting or the nation you’re targeting.
What Patrick created was a program that was based off the strategies that we used in person. It was a psychological operation that crunches data so you can predict how your target will respond… So he created an algorithm that does it for you. I helped them train algorithms with the strategies that I created all these years.
The control and manipulation of information is one giant step down the path of total control over human life. This has been a long time coming and we are now in a pivotal moment in history where they are either going to succeed with increasing technocratic control over our lives until we end up as modern slaves… or we are going to withdraw our participation and return to self-sovereignty before it goes that far. Personally, I’m hoping enough people opt for the latter.
What can you do to stay sane in an insane world?
Greatly reduce your activity on social media platforms or opt out entirely. I know, you’re probably addicted to mindlessly surfing the newsfeed. I was too. There will be a withdrawal period. At first you might feel restless, compulsively reaching for your phone or unsure what to do with all that free time that you used to waste on the apps. But after a short while, you’ll notice how much clearer, more sober and focused your mind is. Everything you post or react to, including your facial microexpressions, which Instagram is recording as you surf through the feed, all of that is teaching the AI to learn about you and later use that information against you.
Re-evaluate what most matters to you. I know, this is challenging because after you identify your values, you’re going to need to create new standards, boundaries and habits that support and protect what’s important to you. It will mean facing the fear of giving up some false security blankets so you can step more into your authentic self.
Reduce the time you spend on your devices. I know, your whole life is probably organized around devices, especially post-2020 when nearly everything went online. Notice how much time you spend online and where most of that time is spent. Your cellphone probably has a tracking function to show you this information. Aim to reduce your screen time little by little on an ongoing basis if you feel panicked and overwhelmed about it. Eventually, you’ll be so present in your life that you won’t notice hours have passed by since you picked up your phone.
Be intentional with the information you seek and the sources you seek it from. I know, it’s easy to get into habits of endless mindless surfing and digesting of information. Some call this “information obesity”. It’s not that different than when people are bored and mindlessly stuff their mouths with food, though the results aren’t as physically noticeable. Maybe you have certain creators you really love to listen to who are still on the mainstream platforms so you want to hear their content. After you look at the information that you like, then intentionally look at some differing perspectives. Sit with the contradicting information, analyze it, reflect and practice strengthening your discernment muscle. This skill could save your life and help you make better decisions.
Get off online “dating” AKA swipe apps. I know, it’s hard to meet people IRL nowadays when 80% of people meet their mates online. Most of those aren’t quality matches. Swipe apps play a big part in spreading the infection of hookup culture. Hookup culture is actually a trauma response that doesn’t benefit men or women. People who want a real relationship are getting continually more traumatized and hurt in that toxic environment, becoming ever more defensive and shut down, which makes hookup culture more attractive. Our ability to truly connect with each other was already being destroyed with swipe life and social media long before social distancing began.
Practice responding instead of reacting. I know, it’s challenging to break these patterns. I have a short playlist of videos and a podcast episode I made on this topic over the years of helping people learn this skill in order to not react to abusers and manipulators. This is a valuable life skill which is more important now than ever so you can learn how to catch yourself before falling into reactive control attempts from humans or AI.
Speak your truth in order to find allies who are living in a similar reality and have common values. I know, it’s scary to speak the unpopular truth and there will be an inevitable loss of those who turn on you or drift in a different direction. In the long run, you’ll be able to live with your conscience knowing you did what was courageous and right.
Re-evaluate your Inner Circle and be sure these are still the best influences in your life. I know, it’s hard to make the cuts when people have been around for a long time, even when you know it’s not a healthy connection for you now that you’ve grown out of it. Do they share core values (in action, not discourse)? Are they living in a similar reality or a totally different world? We ought to be serious about picking the people who are aligned with who we are and where we are going in the future. Saturn in Aquarius is reminding us to disconnect from the influences that are no longer aligned with our evolutionary process and to connect with those who are. We will either do that by choice or by sudden, shocking events that may force us to face the truth and make difficult decisions.
Become the inner authority in your life. I know, it’s hard to step into your personal authority when society, family, TV, social media and so many other external influences are telling you that you don’t know anything and you should listen to the “experts”. If you haven’t become an expert of yourself and your life yet, then get to it! Claim your inner authority. If you’ve given it away to outside sources, then work on unsubscribing from those belief systems and take greater responsibility over your life so you can take the reins back.
Work on your own inner trauma healing so you can develop greater resilience to abuse, manipulation and ongoing attacks against human rights. I know, it’s painful and difficult. It seems like it’s endless work but it does get much better. It’s like clearing the cache regularly. Help yourself feel, process and integrate the trauma that has taken place. This includes the traumas you’ve experienced since 2020, and also since childhood. The more healed you are, the brighter your lighthouse will be to help others find the shore from the storm at sea.
That was comprehensive! Thank you.
I took a double-tap Phizer. I was coerced. They were forcing the elderly to die alone. I fell prey to the idea I might never see my parents again. I will never forget, and I will never trust the medical establishment again.
You knocked it out of the stadium, once again, Meredith. This is a work of critical thinking beauty, and you not only expose the problems but also offer solutions.
