Eventually there comes a time in some psychologically abusive relationships when the target’s denial is pierced by the disruptive truth. At first, it feels like a frying pan to the head. The person is in shock as their entire reality shatters and they’re left trying to make sense of all the pieces.
I say some because most people who are victims of psychological warfare in their partnerships, friendships, family, workplace and society don’t realize they’re being deceived and abused. Not everyone experiences the moment when Divine grace enters with a force to be reckoned with, wrecking the web of lies.
While it may seem like a curse when it’s all falling down, it’s actually a blessing because ignorance is not bliss. This breakdown is necessary to clear the path for the breakthrough and possible liberation. I say possible because not all who are called answer the calling.
After the false security bubble of denial is pierced, a newly awakened mind doesn’t know what to believe any more. Once everything collapses, it feels like there’s no solid ground upon which to stand. That’s extremely destabilizing and disorienting.
A person who lacks a healthy support network of trusted loved ones can end up feeling alone and crazy. Those feelings can escalate quickly to suicidal thoughts. That’s one of the reasons why social connection is so important for our sanity and wellbeing. And that’s exactly what the fear disrupts and attacks.
Long before the brutal awakening and collapse where a person is left not knowing what to believe is true any more, there’s surely been a relentless progression of fear bombardment through the propaganda campaign. This is true in interpersonal situations and also in society.
If we follow the science, there were scientific studies done before 2020 that clearly showed fear can be used to influence perception and behavior. Abusers and manipulators always tell on themselves but you’ll only notice if you’re listening and want to hear the truth. They sure did follow the science to pull this enormous feat off.
The following studies constitute what I’m naming, The Fear Manual, which was employed to sell all things COVID to the public. Pay attention because these are the same tactics and transgressions that will be used against us in ongoing campaigns about climate, war, economy, food, energy, elections, etc.
1. Use fear appeals.
Appealing to Fear: A Meta-Analysis of Fear Appeal Effectiveness and Theories (2015)
In this 2015 study, they found the following, paraphrased in plain language:
Appealing to fear is effective for influencing attitude, intentions and behavior.
There are very few circumstances in which the fear appeals aren’t effective.
There are no circumstances in which the fear appeals backfire and lead to undesirable outcomes.
Efficacy statements increase the effectiveness of the fear appeals.
So we can see how they came up with the vax marketing slogan: “safe and effective”. “Safe” is a promised relief from the relentless fear bombardment. The use of the word “effective” increases the effectiveness of the persuasion in the message to get people to get injected with these experimental substances.
2. Dose the masses with hope.
Uplifting Fear Appeals: Considering the Role of Hope in Fear-Based Persuasive Messages (2019)
In this 2019 study, they found that a sense of hope can be introduced in order to increase the success of the fear appeals used to coerce people into certain behaviors.
The dosing of hope is a tactic employed by all psychological manipulators to numb the target’s critical mind, get compliance and keep the target in the abuse cycle.
This is why we saw the Google vax marketing campaign, Get back to what you love and the same slogan used in YouTube’s Vaccine Confidence Project. This messaging stoked the hope that we could get back to the people, events and activities that we all love by positioning the vax as the only way out of that nightmare.
3. Use people as vectors to spread the fear.
COVID-19 Vaccine Messaging, Part 1 (2020)
In 2020, Yale University did a study of 10 different messages, each one laced with fear, to sell the vax to the public. These fear-based messages appealed to personal freedom, economic freedom, self-interest, community interest, economic benefit, guilt, embarrassment, anger, trust in science and not bravery.
The study states clear outcome measures, paraphrased here in plain language:
Get people to get vaxxed.
Get people to trust the vax.
Get people to get other people to get vaxxed.
Get people to fear the unvaxxed.
Get people to socially judge the unvaxxed based on the following parameters: trustworthiness, selfishness, likeableness and competence.
This is the study I referenced during my testimony in the psychological warfare segment of the Model Grand Jury of Public Opinion in 2022.
4. Gaslight the public about the health consequences of isolation & loneliness.
In 2017, this study revealed some of the cardiovascular and mental health consequences of social isolation and loneliness. An appeal was made to use prevention strategies in public health in order to avoid causing isolation and loneliness because of the devastating effects on people.
In other words, the science clearly warned not to do exactly what they did. The public health authorities knew what would happen yet they pretended it was fine and did it anyway. Psychologists and doctors were silent on this matter too.
The isolation that people experienced was physical (stay at home, social distancing, fear other people as vectors of the virus) as well as psychological, which is equally devastating. Isolation is also the first parameter of the Stockholm Syndrome.
Even now, the puppets on stage shamelessly continue to defend their public “health” policies, psychologists and doctors are still remaining silent about the trends they’re seeing in clinic. Most are pretending like the clear and presently exacerbating downstream effects of isolation and loneliness aren’t happening in society or if they acknowledge this, they continue to justify that it was a necessary evil. That epidemic is only beginning as we are just starting to see the long-term consequences on the physical and mental health of people.
Why in the world would they do such a thing as using the actual science to fuel the deception and coercion campaign, while distracting and misleading people to follow the bogus science?
Naïveté might try to convince some that it was ignorance because it’s too difficult for them to accept that such evil exists. Yet it’s clear that Mistakes Were Not Made.
Fear is the currency of control.
Fear and isolation were the main tools used to spin the lies and illusions during the plandemic. If you look back at nearly everything you heard in the media and from public officials during the last three years, now you won’t be able to not see these two elements woven into it all. The following clip is from my discussion with Dr. Reiner Fuellmich and Dr. Mike Yeadon on this topic.
Fear drives people apart and induces isolation. Social bonding and connection is a biological imperative in mammals, including humans. That’s why the person awakening from an abusive relationship needs social support. It’s the same reason why people need allies now as they’re waking up to the massive lies we’ve been told.
Neuroscientist, Dr. Andrew Huberman cites the “tremendous literature on the biology of social isolation and all of the terrible things that happen when animals or humans are socially-isolated at particular phases of life.” Unfortunately, he doesn’t take a stand on how this is related to what’s happening in our New Normal world.
Huberman explains that the chronically-elevated stress hormones caused by forced isolation creates an additional problem by changing the nature of the brain and body such that it makes social connection more challenging. After prolonged social isolation people become more irritable and aggressive. This shows up particularly when people are given the chance to socialize again.
You may be noticing the increasing news headlines about violence and aggression as well as other signs of social decay and rot.
Online dating two years ago during the peak fear of the plandemic had a better prognosis than what is trending now. In the moments of the worst fear, people were more willing to connect and meet in person than now when supposedly all of that is behind us. People are also more defensive now. Even when people do meet IRL, they’re often triggering each other’s defense mechanisms, which shuts down the attachment system and inhibits a healthy and authentic connection.
When the defensive system is engaged, the attachment system is offline.
The defensive system is the stress response of fight, flight, freeze and fawn. This comes from the Autonomic Nervous System. These defensive reactions are survival mechanisms for coping with overwhelming experiences. We each tend toward certain ones more than others based on how we learned to survive emotionally intense or traumatic experiences in childhood.
It can be confusing because when we are fighting, we might have the perception of social connection. But actually that’s not really happening in such a defensive state when we are unable to engage the attachment system.
The same is true when we are occupying the same space as another person but one or both people are withdrawn, emotionally unavailable, inebriated, self-absorbed in compulsive addictions like workaholism and busyness or zombified by technological devices (flight). The defensive disconnection also applies when we are interacting with another person while trying to placate or please them (fawning) in order to maintain the peace or the relationship at the expense of our own wellbeing.
The collapse or shut down (freeze) response might appear more clearly disconnected than the other three.
None of those survival states are conducive to social bonding. In a defensive state, and even when interacting with others, the nervous system doesn’t sense connection but rather cues of danger and threat. When we are anxious, other people’s nervous systems can get triggered into a defensive reaction. Fear clearly has a devastating impact on social connection.
The key to spin such a successful illusion was to use the fear to separate and isolate people, not just physically but also psychologically, and not only for the 2-3 years during the so-called pandemic. We are merely starting to see the tip of the iceberg of the ramifications of that never-before-done social experiment.
We need each other to keep ourselves sane and healthy. We experience social homeostasis through connection. The opposite happens when we are isolated or in unhealthy relationships and social situations.
With each ongoing anti-life campaign launched against the public in this New Normal world, we are going to see escalating devastation done to the physical, mental and spiritual health of individual humans as well as our collective ability to form healthy social connections.
Here’s the full discussion between attorney Dr. Reiner Fuellmich, former Pfizer VP Dr. Mike Yeadon, philosopher Joseph Molitorisz, and me on the illusion of omnipotence created by the psychological terror.
The first 50 minutes of this video is a really helpful, succinct summary by scientist and former Pfizer VP, Dr. Mike Yeadon about the illusions that were created during the pandemic of fear.
So what can we do about the grand fear-based illusion that’s been sewn into the fabric of reality?
We ought to become mental ninjas and spiritual warriors, observing our thoughts, beliefs, behaviors, choices and perceptions of reality. We should ask where those are coming from, whether internally or from an outside entity, program or peer pressure.
As we discover thoughts and beliefs that aren’t true, we can unsubscribe from these lies and anything else that’s not aligned with what we really want to create in this world. They’re counting on us reacting automatically to their Problem > Reaction > Solution trick instead of consciously choosing our response. Responding instead of reacting is how we take our power back.
We ought to reclaim autonomy over our bodies, minds and spiritual consciousness. Essentially, this massive illusion of fear is a form of control over our consciousness. They want to use us as enablers to co-create that reality in the world. In fact, they need us to do so.
It’s also important that we continue to connect with allies. As people awaken from abusive relationships and situations, we need each other and the social connection with others who also see beyond the unreality that the perpetrator has sown. Together we can witness what’s happened and happening. We can put words to our experiences and call things for what they are. We can process together and know that we are not alone. That’s how we stay sane and healthy.
Social connection is the antidote. In that video, you’ll get a helpful tip to get yourself out of the defensive state when you notice that you’re stuck in one of those four survival reactions, yet whatever you’re afraid of is an illusion and you want to truly connect with others as well as engage your higher faculties of human consciousness.
No one is immune to evil. Evil can take over the mind and heart of anyone who isn’t paying attention. Guard your mind like your life depends on it, because it does. There is a war on for your body, mind and spiritual consciousness. Evil doesn’t just show up with the perpetrators in your personal life and society. It’s also the negative energy that creeps in when you’re not vigilant. It whispers lies in your ears and distorts your perception of reality.
If you let your mind drift, you will find that negative thought patterns automatically take over your mind. Those negative thought patterns drive your actions, which become your habits and your habits develop your personality. You can drift your way into becoming a servant of evil without realizing until it’s too late, even if the only thing you’re destroying is your own life. Take ownership of your mind and consciousness or something else will. I highly recommend reading the book Outwitting the Devil by Napoleon Hill to understand more about this concept.
If you pay attention, you’ll notice the negative voice in your mind that tries to sneak in sometimes. It’s usually when you get scared or something isn’t going well. Or maybe you realize that you’re on the negative, self-defeating frequency most of the time.
That negative force tells you lies, especially lies about yourself. It tells you that you’re not good enough. It tells you that other people think you’re not good enough. It might even tell you that you’re not worthy to be loved by God.
When that energy takes over, before you know it, you’re feeling defeated, guilty, ashamed and lonely. Yet those feelings were induced by an illusion. It’s incredible that an illusion could have so much power when it’s not even real.
Next, it interrupts the communication so you can’t verify reality. This disruption happens within oneself, between self and God, self and others, or even between self and reality. When all comms are down, it’s easy to get carried away into a negative downward spiral of anxiety, panic and dread. In such a sate, you’re likely to create obstacles to your forward movement and sabotage everything good in your life.
When you get stressed and overwhelmed, that negative voice trips you into the defensive state. Which one is it usually for you? Is your first instinct to fight, flee, freeze or fawn? If you don’t know, start observing your thoughts more, especially in relation to other people, and you will notice your own defensive reactions that are furthering the disruption in communication, connection and confidence.
That pattern of reaction is your downfall when it comes to relationships, growth opportunities and life itself. It’s how you get in your own damn way. Thankfully the defense mechanisms helped you survive a stressful, overwhelming situation in the past but now it’s become maladaptive—an obstacle to your relational capacity, personal growth and spiritual development. It’s also a liability for manipulation.
Take self-control back. Grab the reins of your mind. Notice when your defense mechanisms get triggered. That’s when you’ll know the negative voice in your mind is winning. Get out of that state ASAP by reverse engineering how you got there. Then notice how much easier it is to connect with people when you aren’t feeling defensive. It will also be easier to tease others out of their own state of defensiveness if they’re able to be receptive to your example.
What triggers us all? As Carlos Castaneda’s teacher don Juan Matus said, it’s usually matters of self-importance. That’s where we lose most of our energy. In other words, it’s the ego and the stories it creates, which it takes with dreadful seriousness.
That’s also how the demons get control. There is no entity that has the right to take over your mind and consciousness because there’s a Divine law of consent. That’s why the treacherous ones need to coerce and trick people into consenting, and they do so by triggering those survival mechanisms. These are spiritual tests and we’ve been through a lot of them during the last few years.
Extract the learning from the failures and shed the rest so you stop beating yourself up. Focus on the victories, particularly the moments when you were able to connect deeply with yourself, God and others. That’s where you’ll find valuable insights that will help you navigate relationships and life in a challenging time of uncertainty, chaos and change.
Epic post!!!! Be not afraid. You have pulled so many coercive papers that I had not seen. You have done brilliant work here. Praying it sees a huge circulation on Substack and elsewhere. I guess some hypochondriacs love the fear based pressure. Thank God you found and revealed it.
When my company imposed mandatory jabs, they had briefings where they warned the employees about the financial consequences to their families if they refused the jabs and so would lose their jobs and income.
I was lucky I had enough in savings to say no and walk away.
This is vital. Thank you.
